Inaccurate results

As I was doing a one-hour ride on a trainer today, the blaze gave inaccurate results after the ride.  During the ride, I looked at the watch about every 15 minutes as I normally do, and all seemed well- correct HR and average calorie burn.  But when at home and syncing with my PC, suddenly my one hour ride became two hours and calorie burn went from 550 to 850.  The graph on my PC shows a blank during the ride (no heart rate).  Anyone have any ideas?

Hi there @Anointedrj. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I would have thought that you maybe forgot to stop the activity for one more hour but it's strange that it shows no heart rate for that other extra hour. I'm not sure what could have caused this to happen but I can then recommend giving your tracker a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and hopefully this will prevent thins like this to happen again.

Please keep an eye on your tracker and see if something like this keeps happening and if so, let me know. I'll be happy to help!
