I have found that my step count is inaccurate even after I have made adjustments to the stride length (the automatic setting was way off). I have my Blaze set to non-dominate. I'll count my steps with the Blaze lifted up and it will be accurate. However, when I put my arm down and walk, when I check it again, it will be way behind. What's going?

Mine is completely inaccurate, too. I ran a 4-miler on St. Patrick's Day and it only tracked 3.25 miles. I "upgraded" from the Charge HR, and now I'm wishing I saved the $200.

Ditto. Out of 8K steps, it tracked 6200. I entered the missing distance manually, but it's annoying to miss about 25%.

How did you add them manually? I didn't think you could do that.
