I totally agree with @Aclobos. Take a look at your stride length and you can update it manually by going to the Advanced settings if you go to the Account section at the lower right corner of your dashboard. Here, you can choose to enter your walking and running stride length and this will help your calculations to be more accurate.

Best AnswerHey Ferdinand....we've been adjusting Stride Length since the Reagan Administration and the Blaze is still off by 20-30% for most of us here.
New clock faces won't fix the problem.
We were told the FitBit tech guys were working on a software fix and now we find out they weren't.

Best AnswerAs ever, the ability to identify and fix problems encountered by a subset of users is really limited. I'd guess they've been looking but that doesn't meen they found anything in time to make the cut for this release.
