It's great to see you around @rgajada. Can you please tell me which exercise are you doing to track your distance? Are you selecting this exercise directly from your Blaze? Since keep in mind that you should use specific run, walk, or hike modes for precise exercise stats and distance information.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi @AlejandraFitbit, Appreciate your response. Distance issues for me for Bike ride & Run.
I have raised my concern 4-5 months ago, all I got from Fitbit support team was “Sorry”… Also, I have posted my issue in Fitbit Forum @SilviaFitbit contacted has advised me to restart my Blaze and go back her if I still have problem and I never heard from her after posting my results on Fitbit Forum.
reading through the forums I am not the only one having issues with accuracy on distance. I really love Fitbit for it's features and simplicity. This issue might force me away from Fitbit.
I have spoken to Maria MD from support team on Tuesday night (Melbourne, Australia Time), waiting for response.
I have attached my latest run that I have participated with more than 5000 people which was 8km fun run and my clever fitbit records 8.95km.
Looking forward to hear from you & hope you can help me...
One thing puzzled me is 'How Fitbit can get away with reporting inaccuracy data....

Up until today my Blaze and my Garmin were very close on cycling miles. Today I rode twice and both times, the mileage was off by several miles. Is it a problem with Fitbit, only my Fitbit app, or my Fitbit tracker?

@rgajada Great effort on your annual walk, it's a wonderful Melbourne legacy..
Now welcome the Southern Hemisphere inaccuracy group. If you were using Connected GPS to your phone we have an East/West error where distance is accelerating at 30cm/second and about 2min/km pace gain. That is pure East/West.. North/South is OK. You effort has some East/West and plenty of diagonal.. Also proven in Chile...
The 1st image shows a small sample of a similar pattern I did at my Sports Oval in Murrumbeena.. Shows a 14 % increase on a measured track of 1.208 km with 1/3rd East /West the rest, similar to your map. When I wear the Surge, immediately I go in a pure East/West direction the pace on the Blaze accelerates by the 2 minutes/km and the Surge remains correct.
The last two images are concurrent using MapMyRun and MobileRun at the same time from my Sony, Fitbit's exercise tracking from the Phone App and the accuracy of both is within acceptable limits for a 1.2km track..
So I'm using MobileRun now and just use the Blaze to track my steps, HR etc.. They come across OK when you complete the tracking... BUT.... you have to be very careful to "not use pause and resume".. You lose the tracking if you do... Just Pause and Hold Finish... There are pages of issues here at this link so if you go that way, take care how you use the Pause.. I'm having no problem using Pause and Finish, resume fails for me... and as I say in many of my posts in the link you only need 1+ minute to test the system.

Welcome to the Forums @Grace62313, @rgajada thanks for the clarification and the attachments and @Colinm39 thanks for stopping and providing this great explanation.
Now as recommend by our friend @Colinm39, there are several ways you can track your exercises, I was going to recommend to use these exercises using the connected GPS feature directly from your tracker but our friend offered more options. Using MobileTrack for example. You can try to register your bike following these options and choose what's best for you.
I hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else.
