My profile page is showing that my best steps was 18,588 but I have surpassed that a few times before. This past weekend I had 22,359 on Sunday but it logged my steps but not into my best achievements and did not receive the badge for it either. I have logged out and then back in, checked for updates and nothing changes. What's wrong with my fitbit?

A warm welcome to the Community @CDwiggy. If your profile is showing an incorrect personal best, I recommend logging out and logging back in to your account. After this, verify your information.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()

I wrote in my message that I did try that. I completely logged out and logged back in..... it did change my best steps to a different day, but still not the one with 22K steps.... now my best is 19K steps. Its so frustrating.

Thanks for the information @CDwiggy. Have you logged activities like walk and running? Since keep in mind that activities like this don't count for your personal best information.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
