Is there any way of stopping my fitbit counting false steps. I've just realised if I move my arm quite a bit it's counting it as steps! This is ridiculous. How is a moving arm a step.? Sorry if I'm sounding totally dumb but isn't this a bit daft? So for example if I did weight lifting it would count as steps but if I did a step lesson would it even count them properly? I'm confused. Sorry if I sound stupid.
