Hi, I've come back from travelling and my fitbit is out by 3 hours. I've rebooted it. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I've shut it down and restarted. I've checked that the location and automated settings are all correct. Not sure what else to try? All help welcome.

I have been having the same issue and I have tried multiple times using many different approaches to the issues and nothing seems to work. I am stuck 3 hours behind and it is consistently failing to sync and update firmware.. Has anyone found a solution yet? I wonder why FITBIT has not chimed in here.

Mine has been doing the same; it's three hours behind. It switches back eventually, but I'm not sure why it does it in the first place. Usually it's when it dies and then comes back on once charged enough. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Everything syncs except the time on my Blaze. As recommended: Changed to a different time zone and synced. Changed it back to correct time zone and synced. Still it is 6:44 minutes off. (Not even off by some multiple of 60 minutes ???) As recommended: uninstalled app and reinstalled. Doesn't work. As recommended: rebooted Blaze. Doesn't work. Computer time is correct. Everything else it on watch is correct and syncing. This is incredible frustrating. It happens about once a month. The watch is useless to me without the correct time. After a week or so, bingo, the correct time appears. I don't seem to be able to force the correct time. There is bug in the software somewhere that Fitbit is not owning up to.
