Clock is wrong. How do I correct the time?

If the battery is beginning to fail then it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty options and advise on your options. You can get them via: contact.fitbit.com

You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

 

The other thing that affects the time is the timezone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

Yes. It reset when it synced. Thank you. Also, for the last week my
Fitbit doesn't hold a charge for one day. It's never held a charge for 5
days as advertised. But, it used to hold for 2 days.
