Apologies, my previous post I raised about these issues has been marked as resolved but unfortunately I still have the problems with my blaze.

I’ve had my Blaze nearly 2 years but problems started a couple of months ago.

I used to get detailed sleep updates (deep sleep, R.E.M. etc) but now I either get no sleep pattern or if I’m lucky, I get the early sleep log (showing your sleep as dark blue line and red for periods awake).

I'm also having issues with my exercise and therefore calories. It would appear every step I take is counted as exercise, my tracker now shows I have done over 700 minutes exercise each day and I’ve burned thousands of calories... I wish! Previously, exercise minutes only recorded if I was on a walk/doing exercise.

I have reset my watch by holding the buttons, removed the app, removed and readd my Blaze but nothing works. The app is up to date with latest software versions too. Any ideas how how to resolve?

Many thanks

Hi, mines the opposite, I sit all day in an office and at the end of the day my blaze says I’ve done 700 minutes of exercise and burned over 4,000 calories!!

I only have to walk 3 or 4 steps and my heart rate is upto 117 bpm!! Something sadly wrong by!!

Fitbit we’re unable to repair and as I had slightly gone over my 2 year warranty would not offer anything. So disappointed!!

And just to be clear, my issue was never resolved, not sure how these “resolved” updates appeared, certainly not me!!
