Interval Training

I have a Blaze, and I want to start interval training (run:walk) programme initally, as I'm just getting back into cardio. 

Despite following the instructions on the forums/ blogs, I cannot set up interval training.

When I go into my device, and edit exercise shortcuts, there is no option to add interval training.

Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the Forums @PaulTACG. Actually, there isn't an option for interval training in the Blaze. I recommend taking a look at the Interval Training for Fitbit Blaze request and check what are the plans of our team regarding this feature.
