Almost everyday I do a high intensity workout (F45) at the gym then I ride my pushbike to work (for 40 minutes). My fitbit automatically records my cycle (plus walking) but it doesn't record my gym workout unless I start the recording prior to workout.
Why is this?
There is a difference on my fitbit watch, the walking and biking has an icon on the screen that allows me to turn on/off the GPS, and the "circuit training" which should work when I do my gym workout hasn't.
How do I fix this??@?@?@?@? (i always forgot to turn on my "circuit training" when I start F45). 😞

Hello @aprilnemo, welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure to assist you today.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. As it turns out, since the F45 workout includes several types of activities, your Fitbit device can struggle to auto-recognize the activities you're doing during your high intensity workout. What I suggest you is to use the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature of your Blaze to log the cycling activity and then start the Workout activity or Circuit Training directly on your Blaze exercise shortcuts.
For more information about exercise tracking, I suggest you to check our help article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? so you can learn more about this specific features and avoid your concern.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
