Syncing difficulties with LG

It's synced with bluetooth on my phone, but the Fitbit app on my phone isn't picking up the watch.

It used to, but I went into it today and it says "looking for device" and that's all it does.

I can tell device and app aren't synced because my battery is low on watch and says 100% on app.

Is it just a matter of deleting the app and reinstalling the app?

How do I fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your LG mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. 

 

Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.

Spent an hour on chat with someone at Fitbit, no help, It finally repaired itself by magic at 3 am. I was told it was an update to the app.
