Dear friends
I wonder if you can set Blaze for interval tracks means:
Walking 3 minutes - alarm
Running 1 minute - alarm
And again and again
So the blaze can alarm you to move from one exercise to other and again ?

Welcome to the Community @Yarond. The Blaze doesn't have an option like this, but I recommend checking the Interval timer on Blaze request, vote for it and leave your comment.
Catch you later.

Hi Alejandra,
My husband bought the Fitbit Charge 2 and it has the interval feature! This has been the ONE missing feature that has kept me from buying a fitbit and I am tempted to now by the Charge 2, but am still more interested in the touch screen feature of the Blaze. If they do a interval update with Blaze do you think it would just be a firm ware update or a whole new watch?

Hi Yarond,
I was hoping that the fitbit moderator who responded to you would be able to respond. 🙂

Dear Fitbit,
I recently bought a Blaze and was really blown away by its features. However, I was very disappointed about the fact that it doesn't have an interval timer! I spend hours doing research on this topic and found that a lot of Blaze users like myself was let down by this.
I am very surprised that no improvements (to include an interval timer) were made since the release of this product. It is honestly the only thing missing which is a key feature in most if not all heart rate monitors.
Could anyone recommend an interval timer for iOS.
Regards
Louis
