I read that the blaze being discontinued, is this true? If so I am seriously unhappy. I just got my blaze in January and I’d have waited if I knew it was being discontinued/replaces. 😡

GREAT!!!! I just Purchased this new from EBAY and I find out is discontinued.

you guys are going to lose a lot of Fitbit followers if you don't fix this issue!!!!

I looked at other Brands before my purchase and  went with this brand just because my friend had it

I'm truly upset and feel suckered

Hi there, My Blaze just died after 3 years and it was my favourite tracker. Really miss it! I ended up getting the Versa which is really nice but having issues with it and syncing, steps and notifications. Now I will call for support but have to tell you I never had any issues with my Blaze in all the time I had it. The Fitbit team were always very good when I called. I hope you get as much longevity out of your Blaze as I did. Cheers!

The Blaze is a classic style. Maybe you should continue it.

Since your latest update. It is extremely hard to sync my blaze. I am very disappointed It seems you keep dropping off products. I shouldn't have to get a new updated Fitbit every other year. I've been a customer since the beginning.

I'll never again buy any fitbit products. Have bought 2, last one being Fitbit Blaze. Very disappointed. Lost a valuable customer for good.

I agree. My blaze just bit the dust after about 20 months.

I’ve had my Blaze for three years now and havent an ounce of trouble. I
clean the back of it about once a week with an alcohol pad to remove and
oils, soil etc. I only charge it when it tells me to. I’ve been lucky
with it.

Is this because of the issues with the battery not holding enough charge?

More like outdated technology. The Blaze is 4 years old now. It was replaced by the Versa, which had the Fitbit OS, with more features and could allow third party apps.

Mine was still lasting 2 or 3 days between charges, but it just sits as a backup now. Don't really like it after having a Versa.

Did you stop selling the Blaze due to it being defective? I have had two fitbit Blaze and both just stoppef working, they come on in the charger but take it out and it doesnt work, money off a new fitbit doesnt cut it! The support ive had isnt great either, if you know your product is faulty just recall it!

I believe it is discontinued. The Versa 2 is its replacement. I’m on my
third product, due to upgrading. Love the product and have exceptional
customer service.
