Hi guys,
I bought 2 units blaze two weeks ago, one for me and another for my wife. For my unit, I notice that 5 minutes after remove from cradle, the battery level will drop from full charge to picture below.
But my wife's one can last for 12 hours before drop to this level.
I didn't turn on notification, no music control, brightness auto, heart rate auto.
So I am thinking is this common? or just me having this problem?
Comment please.
Thanks.

Thanks for joining us @MarvinC! This doesn't sound normal at all. I would like you to make sure that you're charging properly your Fitbit Blaze. Additionally, here are some tips to maximize your battery life.
Also, the battery should last up to 5 days without recharging it. You may want to double check that your tracker is lasting the 5 days even though the display is showing less charge once you unplug it.
If you've have tried the procedure posted above but your tracker is still not working at all. You may want to contact Customer Support so they can further assist you.
Hope this helps!
