I charged by blaze last night. NOw I seem to have lost my data from last week including steps from a half and full marathons I ran last weekend:( The time on the clock is off and it wouldn't sync with my phone. I have deleted and reinstalled app on iphone, restarted my phone and nothing is happening. It shows it's trying to sync with my phone but it's caught in a loop. Help please

It would be strange to lose any data that had synced to your Fitbit account.
Now if you removed the tracker from your account before it synced ..
So lets see what can be done, have you tried the troubleshooring guide.
The one thing they dont mentionthat has a high probability of working is to go into the phones bluetooth settings and tell it to forget the tracker. Do not remove from tue app.
Now if this and restarting the the phone and tracker doesnt work then try shutting both the pjone and tracker off, and not just a restart.

Thank you so much for your suggestion! It worked for me ! The Bluetooth idea. I also restarted my phone. Didn't need to restart my watch. My time has been updated and my watch was able to do the update all the way without getting stuck. So happy.
