It is Disappointing all the issues I have with my Fitbit in such a short period of having it....

I posted the other day about battery not lasting 24hrs....the answer was that it is better to charge connected to a computer and not the wall (says nowhere) and now the heart rate monitor have like 3 to 5 days without working and just showin this (--) in the screen.  How do I fix this or reset the watch??

 

Where do I take my fitbit for change? and have a new one? it is not a $25 or $50 watch....and it is supposed to get along with sports....I haven't jumped into a pool or took a shower with it...I know better than that....But trying to find answer for a new problem everyday is not good, and I am very upset now about this.
