It's not working!

I've just bought my blaze and couldn't cherge properly, I thought the problem was the charger so I went to try it at the gym with the remaining battery. It turn off before the battery was finished and now I can't turn it on or charge, just nothing happen, I've already tired to reset many times and just nothing happen 😞

Hi @Nkatarivas  the Blaze was retired some time ago. It may be that it's just died, which happens with age. Mine wouldn't charge no matter how many times I restarted it. If you just bought it, did you get it new or are you able to return/exchange it?

I didnt know. I bought it on amazon it was suposed to be new

I'd check with the seller, but if Fitbit isn't selling them new and no authorized retailer is, could be they weren't new. When my Blaze died, I tried finding another one, but they weren't available. Do check with Amazon. Depending on how you paid, some credit card companies can get involved.
