What does this mean?
Was hit by a car nearly 2 was ago. As result my blaze has disappeared. Am I able to receive replacement?

The full terms of the warranty can be found at www.fitbit.com/returns

 

In there you'll see that it only covers products defects and that loss and accidental damage are not covered. As such I don't believe fitbit will replace it but you might want to ask them via the following link to see if they can help in any other way:
