I hadn't synched my Blaze in a week and when I synched it I lost over 40,000 steps. How do i get then back?

If the sync worked and they are missing then they are gone for good.

 

The Blaze has enough memory to hold data for up to a week between syncs so maybe you left it just a little too long?
