I'm not sure where I lost my fitbit.  But I believe its dead.  Will the fitbit finder help if it's not charged?  Or if someone else has it, is there a way to track that?  Like a phone?

No the finder will not work if it is not charged. Also no way to track if someone else has it.

 

I would look around your house and your car as well.
