Lost the menu on my Blaze

The menu is gone from my Blaze watch (when I click the buttons on the right of the watch, the exercise tracker options are gone). The buttons just pull up my text messages now and nothing else. How do I get the exercise tracker options back onto the Blaze watch?

Hi,

On my blaze watch I no longer have the menu (where if you click the right side buttons it would give you the option of picking different types of workouts). How do I get that back? When I click the right side buttons it pulls up text messages and vibrates but does not pull up any workouts.

The right buttons are not supposed to change menus, please swipe left on the screen of the Blaze.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
