I'm a bit confused about macro nutrients, it says most days that I'm over (dial goes pink) then the next day its gone to under or in zone.
All my macro nutrients are in the targets
Carbs- 45-65%
protein- 10-35%
fat- 20-35%
So even when they are in the targets it still says I'm over? Any help?

A warm welcome to the Forums @Kayleighw1993, thanks for the screenshots.
I would like to know if you are logging your food and your exercises? If you aren't, I recommend logging these both things since logging them is really helpful. For more information you can take a look at the How do I track my health and fitness goals with Fitbit? article.
Also, please verify that your food plan is updated by doing the following from your Fitbit app:
1. Tap Account icon.
2. Tap Goals.
3. Tap Food.
4. Enter your weight goal and tap Next.
5. Choose a food plan that best suits your needs, then navigate through the food plan screens by tapping Next.
6. Tap Done.
I hope this helps, catch you later. ![]()
