I got my blaze about a month ago and I haven't seen any type of maps show up on my workouts. I always turn my gps on when i walk or bike. When I check fitbit map I never see a map. I also never see my bike distance. Fitbit recognizes that I biked, but doesn't show a distance. Please help.

Hi @Zaragoza06!
To receive those stats in your Fitbit app you need to manually start a workout on your Blaze.
Make sure your Blaze is connected to your phone so it can use its GPS.
If this helps, please ‘Accept as Solution’!

A warm welcome to the Community @Zaragoza06 and @RunningFreak thanks for stopping by.
Which activity are you doing in order to see your map? As mentioned, it needs to be an activity that have the GPS option. If you see the gear icon on the exercise that means that you can see the map of it.
Hope to hear from you soon.

I've tried with both running and biking. Both bluetooth and gps need to be on on phone correct? I always see where it says let's go. I restarted phone and fitbit. It said connecting to phone. I'll try it again later today and see if it's working. Is there anything thay needs to be turned on in the app to see maps?
Thank you!

On your Blaze it will show a phone icon, with a streantgh bar.
If there is no icon, or if the icon has a slash through it, you will not get a map generated.
