This morning I went for a 45 minute walk/run but when I synced my Blaze it only shows 15 minutes...could it be that at that point I started the running part and my heart rate was high so the Blaze stopped registering? It counted the steps OK...

It's great to see you around @YogiOz. Can you please tell me how did you log your exercise, did you select it directly from the tracker? Also, did you manually log any type of activity?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi,
I let it auto select...a walk for 15 mins or so, then a run, then another walk. Looks like it only logged the first part. Happened again this morning.

Thanks for the information @YogiOz. Have you tried to register your exercise directly from the tracker? If you haven't, I recommend trying this today. You can select the activity "Walk" or "Run" directly from your tracker, then sync and see your stats.
Let me know how this works for you.

@YogiOz If you haven't take a look at it, I recommend checking the What should I know about SmartTrack exercise detection? article, where you will be able to find more information about how this feature works and what you need to have in order to properly record your exercise.
Keep me posted.

Thanks - it used to work well (for example when worn for training) but it doesn't seem to pick up a walk/run/walk...just the first component. Maybe it doesn't like the change, who knows.

I was having the same issue logging my focus T25 workouts. It would only record 11 minutes minutes of the workout. I went to exercise settings and auto recognized excises and disabled all exercises except the aerobic workout. That resolved the issue for me i hope it helps
