My Blaze has been acting up lately. Heart rate intermittent now stopped altogether. Also today after a walk I had over 13,000 steps then when I synced it took away 4500! Says I walked over 6 miles and gave me credit for 5300 steps only. I got the 10,000 step notification 3 times today since it kept taking away new steps! Tried resetting, turning on and off a few times. Anyone having these issues?

Hi @Lekker, welcome to the Community . Thanks for trying to restart the tracker prior opening this thread.
There are different reasons why, some steps were not added after your synchronization.
Please verify that your Fitbit App, is up to date. Sometimes a missing update might cause that some of the recorded data (activities, steps, floors, etc) is not synchronized correctly to your account.
Also take in consideration that, if you logged an activity manually this might overlap the steps recorded by the tracker during this period.
Also it’s recommendable to use a device that has been tested by our team, in order to warranty a flawless use of all the features offered by Fitbit App . You’ll find the already tested devices here.
Please keep me posted, if you already verify this, so that I can take a better look at your case or if you need more information .

Best AnswerI have verified all this. My heart rate monitor is not working either. It works sporadically. I will try cleaning my fitbit again. I have been wearing my fitbit one also and sync it first to make sure I get steps which I have done in past with no issues.

Hi @Mommamcgoff welcome to the Fitbit Community.Thank you for your inquiry.
@Lekker nice to see you back. Thanks for verifying the points mentioned above.
@Mommamcgoff the missing active minutes were from the same day, when the calories discrepancy appeared? Be aware that the active minutes are credited depending on different factors, one of them is the heart rate. Have you tried to restart your Blaze?
@Lekker If you are using another tracker at the same time, this might have caused the missing steps, depending when you synced both trackers. the information recorded by both trackers could be overlapping. If your Fitbit One had 0 steps and you synced it at the same time as the Blaze, the information of the One might affect the results on the App.
Please have a look at this, where you can have more information and a better overview on how to use both trackers on the same account.
Let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerSo I am still having the same issue. Everytime I sync I still loss my calories burned. This morning I had over 1000 calories burned I synced my Blaze and it took my calories to 349. Again tonight I over 1000 calories it synced and took them down 713. When I first start the sync it has them right than it finishes the sync and it changes it. I have restarted it, uninstalled and reinstalled it I dint know what could be wrong with it. Could it be my phone? I have a Samsung Galaxy 8. Hope to hear from you soon.

Best AnswerI have tried cleaning, resetting, etc of my Blaze. I discovered after charging, resetting and syncing that I only have one green light working on the bottom of my fitbit. Is this causing my issues? Sometimes there is no green light at all and my heart rate does not record consistently if at all. I never have 2 green lights working anymore and it seems to need charging every day, never makes it through the night.
