My Fitbit doesn't seem to display any stats on the bottom right corner and only shows my heart rate on the left? This happen after I switched my clock face to something else and then switched back to Moment clock face. That stats menu (showing steps calories, floors etc.) just seems to disappear
I've tried switching my device on and off many times & try switching from one clock face to another but it still doesn't work? Can someone please help?

A warm welcome to the Community @Alic3sa and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If the Moment clock face is not working, I recommend restarting your Blaze, also you can change the clock face to a complete different one and then put the one you prefer.
To change the clock face, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:
1. Tap the Blaze icon in the upper left corner
2. Slide down to Clock Faces
3. Select the one you prefer
4. Sync

Hi, sorry to reopen a potentially old thread but I am having same issue with my new Fitbit. I have changed to the moment clock face and it will only display my heart rate, not my steps as it should. All the other clock faces work and display all the info they should. I have been unable to solve the issue by changing the clock face used or by resetting the device, I have done both many times now with no effect. Any other ideas on how I might be able to fix this?
