My Blaze has not synced since 12:50 yesterday, when I attempt to sync it gives error can not locate tracker. Well tracker happens to next to my phone so I go to fitbit.com and try with dongle still not fit my tracker. Blaze has by far become the worst product I have owned from Fitbit, not to mention the most expensive.

The Blaze restart method is simplicity itself - press and hold the left button and bottom right button simultaneously until you see the fitbit logo.

@knober27 Have you tried the troubleshoot provided in the previous post? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze and after the restart process, try the syncing troubleshoot provided by @HelenaFitbit.
