My Blaze face is blank

My Blaze face is blank but it sinks with my phone 

also it does not show to be charging

Press and hold the left and bottom right button until your Blaze vibrates.

(if the buttons aren't depressing, remove from watchband cage and use fingernails)

Push the left button, does it light up?

If not, go to a PC and login to your fitbit account and click the gray's gear in the upper right corner, click on your Blaze and scroll down to "clock display" and choose any of them other than the one already selected.  Click the word "dashboard" in the upper left to exit. force sync your Tracker with your mobile by touching and puling down on the App screen. Press the left button, does it light up now?

If not contact customer service chat and let them know what you've tried @blemons
