My Blaze is not syncing

Hi, All,

 

My Blaze is not syncing with the app for the last 24 hours. Prior to that, it was losing power more quickly than usual and died. I recharged it and restarted it, and it did sync for about 48 hours. Then nothing. I have done the following more than once

1. turned Bluetooth off and on 

2. Reset my Blaze by pushing the left button and the lower right button

3. Uninstalled and re-installed the FitBit app

 

My Bluetooth recognizes the Blaze and says it is paired, but the app won't sync with it.

It's great to see you here @Madrehijos and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself.

 

If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. I know that you will see some steps you already tried but try them one more time.
