Switch wrists

I switched my wrist setting to dominant several weeks ago while recovering from a broken shoulder on my non-dominant arm.  Now I want to switch back the setting to indicate wear on the non-dominant wrist.  But the software won't accept the change.  What am I doing wrong.

It's great to see you around @don-in-calgary. Please confirm you are doing the following from your Fitbit app to change your preferences:

 

  1. Tap the Blaze icon
  2. Slide down and tap Wrist Placement
  3. Select the one you prefer
  4. Tap Sync Now
