i just recieved a fitbit blaze for my birthday yesterday and today while i was checking out the new fitbit dashboard on my phone app my fitbit began to flash the fitbit logo and will not do anything. it will not turn off or anything. the logo continued to flash until it died so i charged it but it will still not do anything.

Hi there @jeffythejogger! Glad to see you have joined us.
In this case, my best recommendation is to restart your Blaze, and that will help so it can start working normally again. To restart your tracker, please press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Once you see it. let go of the buttons.
If that doesn't work, it would be the best to contact Customer Support, and they will gladly give you a hand with this.
