My fitbit blaze suddenly stop repsonding.
I tried the shutdown method which is introduced on website, still got no response.
But it keeps synchronising with my phone.
Got no idea what to do now 😞

Hi there @ez_zhao. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
Have you tried to restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds? This could help. After you tried this, your tracker will have rebooted and you can see how it goes.
Let me know if you need more help with this!

I appear to be having a very similar problem with my Blaze. My display works but if I click on 'Today', it takes me to the details, however I can't seem to get out o this mode via the back button! It appears that neither my upper or lower right buttons work.
Help! Thanks,
Scott
