My Blaze will not sync

I have been trying for about three hours to sync my phone and get my daily update. But no matter how much I try, including shutting down phone and starting again, it is constantly looking for connection. My phone has had 4 bars and is now on wireless. What else can I do?

 I have exactly same problem it's driving me mad   tried everything suck of turning Bluetooth off and on etc.
