I purchased my Fitbit Blaze watch on Dec. 10th 2017 for $230 AUD and as of late my watch will not function if it is not on its charger. When connected to it's charging dock it says that it is fully charged and even on the app it says the same but when I remove it from the charging dock the screen turns black, is completely lifeless and the Fitbit app cannot connect to the watch.
I've always taken great care of my watch and am incredibly disappointed that my watch is not even a year old and is
already malfunctioning! 😧 Please tell me i'm not the only one having this problem
