My Blaze won't charge

I noticed that my fit bit Blaze was dead so I put it in the charger. It didn't even acknowledge that it was being charged. I changed outlets and the plug and still it won't charge.

Try to put it back in the frame, push and hold down the left and bottum left buttons for about 20 sec, then insert it to the charger

@Mfetta, make sure you have your pins aligned when you place your blaze on the charger. You should see the status of your battery when you place it in the charger.

Depending on how long it has been dead, mine can take an hour or more on the charger before i notice any sign of life in the unit.
