My Fitbit Blaze won't charge

Hi everyone, 

I've had my fitbit since last march. I used it for maybe a month and it just stopped fully charging. It'll be plugged in and says its charging but won't ever get to 100% charge. I don't know how to resolve this issue. Anyone who has dealt with a similar situation please help!

Sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't charging and thank you for trying to fix this. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
