my blaze wont sync on my android phone at all but it will sync to my lab top however the time is 15min off on my blaze and it wont correct. also I cant change clock face on blaze with lab top or phone. any ideas?

I will gladly assist you with this and sorry for the late reply. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here. Once your Blaze is properly syncing you should be able to update the time and clock face.
