My Fitbit will not turn on or sync.  It just blinks with a green diamond shape.

@dave4huskers A warm welcome to our Community!

 

I will gladly assist you with this. Lets start by restarting your device. After this ensure it is properly charging by cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device again to see how it behaves.
