Try restarting it to see if that kicks it back into life:

"Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds."

Hi there @Mannu. Good to see you in the Community!

Would you mind trying to change your clockface on your settings? For that, go into your tracker's settings, go to clock faces and choose a different one. Then, sync your tracker and see if this makes it work fine again.

Let me know how it goes!

I'm stuck at the same screen on my fitbit blaze, tried a few things to reset. Seemed to work fine after charging overnight. Now app won't find it. Tried to change clock face and sync and all not finding it to sync.

Hey there @sdfaith. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I can recommend setting it up as a new device. For this, try to restart it again by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After that, go to  the menu section on the app, tap on "Devices" and choose the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and this will get your tracker to connect again with your phone.

Let me know how it goes or if you need more help with this!

My fitbit is stuck at the fit bit logo. I've tried resetting by holding the left and right bottom button. It just becomes blank and then back to the fit logo. I left it like that and in 2 days the battery died

Thanks Abishek

It's great to welcome you @Abishek and @Tazonic.

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences with your Fitbit trackers? If you do, can you please specify which steps have you followed?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

No more issues as my tracker had to be replaced. Resetting wasn't helping
the device at all. Thankfully my fitbit was under warranty and got set
replaced for free.

Those are great news @Abishek, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement tracker. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Now @Jax92277, welcome to the Forums and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the restart process didn't work, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

See you later. Woman Wink

Mine was doing the same. Holding the two buttons would make the logo flash once but never reboot. Placed into the charger connect to a wall plug... nothing.

Connected the charger to computer USB and it came back to life.
