My blaze is unresponsive

Just got a brand new blaze last week everything was going fine with it. Then one day it kept turning on and off during charging (every couple seconds) and now even tho it has a full battery nothing happens as soon as I take it off charger, screen doesn't turn on the green lights on the back don't turn on

Ya I tried the restart nothing happens logo doesn't even appear
