My thinking is on the line of @FerdinandFitbit when the unit is placed in the powered up charger, in a few seconds it should turn on and show an icon that it is charging. If you don't see this, a q-tip with some alcohol to clean the contacts would be called for.
If on the other hand the unit looks like it is charging but doesn't stay on when removed from its charged, it's possible thY it is a battery issue.

How long have you had it on charge? If the battery is fully depleted it may need to be on charge for a while before it shows any signs of life.

Hi @Mucci80. Good to see you around!
It's been a while charging... Does the screen show anything when you put it to charge?
If not, I would recommend getting in touch with the Support Team for them to take a look and see what could be causing this. They will be happy to help you out.
Let me know how it goes!
