My blaze won't sync

I got a new Blaze 3 weeks ago and it worked fine until this week when its stopped syncing. Each time I try the app says tracker not found. I've restarted Bluetooth (which is fine for other devices), uninstalled and reinstalled the app and checked the Blaze is fully charged.

I have almost the same problem .. my  Blaze fitbit is a christmas present  and have had problems since I first got it they sent a replacement and its still the same problem . so frustrating
