My blaze won’t turn on

I just got my fitbit blaze. It says in my phone and in the tracker that the battery is already full but when I removed it from the charger, it won’t turn on. All I can see is a black screen. I tried pressing the back button and the bottom button at the same time for more than 10 seconds but the fitbit logo won’t appear. I did the same thing over and over and but it still won’t turn on. What should I do?

Mine does this too.  It used to be that the battery just didn't last long, but now as soon as I remove it from the charger, boom - black screen.

 

The Blaze is a faulty product.  Get a refund and buy something else.
