I previously had a Charge HR, now I have Blaze, it didn't come with a dongle, how do you sync it to your computer?

If you contact Fitbit they will send you a dongle. Otherwise you'll need a compatible mobile device.

It's great to see you around @Mariewa and @chamois-shimi thanks for stopping by.

As mentioned, the Blaze doesn't come with a dongle since it was designed to be used with a phone. If you still have your Charge HR dongle, you can use it with your Blaze. But in this case, I recommend syncing it with your mobile device.

@Mariewa i have to agree, if your computer is still setup to sync your Charge HR then it is already set up to sync your Blaze. Fitnit only makes on model of tge dongle and the Fitbit software is the same. I would make sure the software is at the latest version.

Welcome to the Community @AnnieG123. If you are syncing your tracker from a computer and want to perform a force sync, you just need to do the following:

  1. Click the icon with a Fitbit logo located near the date and time on your computer.
  2. Click Open Main Menu, and then click Sync Now. You may be asked to sign in, after which your tracker should sync with your account.
