My resting heart rate will record to the dashboard but not to my Samsung Note 8

My resting heart rate will record to the dashboard but not to my Samsung Note 8. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the fit bit app twice.I have restarted my phone several times.  I have turned off and restarted my fit bit blaze several times as well. All other aspects are recording normally to my phone except for the resting heart rate.  There is no problem with synchronizing. I have unpaired and repaired by blaze through Bluetooth but that hasn’t worked.  I am able to review my resting heart rate through the dashboard on a mini iPad as well as my HP laptop. It just will not register and record resting heart rate on my Samsung Note 8. The crazy part is that it did record my resting heart rate for a week or so and then suddenly quit recording for some unknown reason.  I have tried the recommended repairs provided by the community but to no avail.
