Navigation problem

I just received a new Fitbit Blaze for Valentine's Day went online set everything up synced everything but the screen on my Fitbit Remains the Same. The same as when I first turned it on before I did anything else... fitbit.com / set up.  It will not navigate to another screen

Does the app show your Blaze as being connected to your account.

 

The message is saying that the Blaze doesnt think so, and it needs to be setup again

On the blaze go to fit bit logo, swipe until you see settings, go down to Bluetooth and set it to PAIR by tapping on it. Now go to your phone and in Bluetooth refresh and find blaze classic and pair it

Thank you but it won't swipe so I'll I'll check on the website again. On my phone it says it is synced that nothing comes up on the blaze. Thank you

It's great to have you here @Corenecheaps! When your tracker isn't set up to any account. It will read fitbit.com/setup because you need to connect it to your account. Please make sure that you did this procedure to link it to your Dashboard. 

 

Additionally, once it's properly set up. You can go to your Dashboard find the tracker's picture and below there you'll see when was the last time it synced.
