Need help syncing my Blaze

I ordered the Blaze, when it arrived it was bad out of the box. I must say it has been a constant problem, being almost impossible to sync. It's not on my end, my computer works and syncs with all my wireless system.

@WANNASMASH  What device are you trying to set up on?  Let us know, and perhaps we can offer some suggestions to try and help.
