New Blaze can't set up.

After comparing this watch to Apple watch I chose the Blaze. It arrived yesterday and is already going back today.  So disappointing. First the app won't load on Windows 10.  Spends 5 minutues searching then says can't find it and stops so I cannot sync. This means when I make changes they don't happen because they need to sync.

Next it freezes every time I choose the day summary.  It will slide up and down but that's it. It won't go to home screen. It doesn't recognize touch except for up and down and the buttons on the band dont' work at all.. So basically I have to stare at the days summary which makes the watch somewhat useless.

so called and they gave me label for my $200 inconvenience to send it back! BOO was really excited but guess Apple watch it is. Costs more but works I am told

I too had a nightmare trying to get the Blaze to load on to an iPhone 6 plus.  Being in Australia there is no telephone number so had to spend over an hour on online chat with three different Fitbit folk.  They couldn't fix it so in the end have had to resort to returning for a credit and I'll be buying an Apple Watch as at least you can speak to someone if there is an issue.

I just recieved a Blaze for Father's day and cannot get it to set up with the App. It is continuing to give me a loading message and then times out. Has been doing this over and over again. Closed out the app and reopened.

I was extremely disappointed with the problems and even tried another brand new one in shop but had the same issue with it getting stuck on loading.  The online chat help team was pretty useless.  I think the product has major issues due to the number of people with similar issues to mine.  Apple Watch works perfectly though so happy now.

When I read stuck on loading I think it's the Fitbit app and not the blaze.

As for going back to the clock from the stats screen, a push of the left button is needed.

BLAZE?  I wonder how soon they will be recalling them like the Intel Peak (as of today).  I'm working on my 2nd replacement BLAZE and it doesn't accurately count steps, show my heart rate and shows I've slept 2 hours more I actually have.  Have been thru a zillion different resets, change this, change that with FitBit "experts" and the device still doesn't work right.

I've asked FITBIT to replace the device with a SURGE and their response is "it's under warranty all we can replace it with is another BLAZE."  Well, if the original and the two replacements (all within the last six months) are not working right, and there seems to be a lot of community users with issues, then out of respect to the customer either refund the purchase price or replace with a FITBIT product the customer feels will meet his/her needs and move on.

Couldn't agree more.  Hate my new Blaze.  Going to give it a week.  Biggest complaints:

Doesn't use the same charger as my wife's HR

Too big - gets in the way doing pull-ups/push-ups

touch screen is anything but intuitive

doesn't come on with the wrist flick

Doesn't sync consistently with my phone.

Lack of GPS for something this large is surprizing

If I have to carry my phone to listen to music, why wouldn't I just play/control the music directly from there instead of the dumb controls on the Fitbit?

Just got my blaze 2 days ago after using jawbone up3 for a few years.Frankly i am not very impressed with the Blaze app. It doesn't have a widget icon on android phones.. You cant create more than one sleep goal. No idle alert feature, and the sleep reading isn't accurate at all..I am also going to give it a week  myself

I will try again tonight but so far I really don't think the readings are
correct. Will keep you posted. I kind of miss the jawbone sleep data
reporting 😉

Same here. Ive had my Blaze about 2 weeks, was working fine, then stopped syncing with my phone AND the battery show red in 1 day. Also, where can I sync on the dashboard? Am I missing the button; when the Blaze is not not syncing with my phone-I plug into the pc and it still doesn't sync. I am not happy at all.

They do not have a way to connect to the tracker through the web interface. You can go to www.fitbit.com/setup and download the software.

I now have TWO faulty Blazes to my chagrin.  What does that say?

Both of the 2 Blazes that I am saddled with are worthless pieces of junk.  Having a tracking device that does not function, is NOT HAVING a tracking device!
