New Blaze failed to sync after minutes in used.

i just receive my new Fitbit Blaza yesterday.
Unbox it, installed Fitbit apps into my Vivi handphone and start to connect to my Blaze.
But i noticed it took very long just to connect to it. I assume it was due to low battery level.
After a 2 hour of charge and Apps showed battery is full, i tried to reconnect but failed. 
I unpair the blaze and uninstall th Apps from my handphone and start all over again. 
This time it connects very fast. After about 30 minutes of updating the software, I finally get my Blaze up, with the clock seen, and my initial steps registered.
 
However, my Blaze cannot sync to the Apps til now. A few hours had past but the status still "syncing".
Why is it so? Really appreciate some help here. Thanks

Is your phone on the supported list? If its not than that is why it is not syncing

You might have to set it up on the computer if its not there until it is supported

So sad.... My phone is Vivo.  It's not in the list. 

But I did manage to set it up this morning and had it inconsistently synced.  Though most of the time it fails Now.  

 

Gosh, I get this blaze because I needed to call and message notification.  There's no way I can get it till vivo is supported by Fitbit?

You mentioned that after charging the tracker the app told you the battery is full. The reason the app knows is because the tracker was able to successfully sync. 

My feeling is that your phone is able to sync and the slowups and other problems might be because of the phone is not certified yet. 

Is your tracker able to sync most of the time? 

 

As for your new question on notifacations, I would say maybe. 

Have you tried setting up notifications yet?
